Housing Case Study: Narkomfin Apartments by Matthew Wieber. The project consisted of a case study to be done on a housing project. From the case study, I determined the housing typology, programmatic elements, circulation and unit adjacency and layout, by recreating plans, sections and axonometric drawings, and a sectional model. On the case of Bangkok, in July , when the Minister ofthe Interior issued the Bangkok Metropolitan General Plan as the first official plan to guide the development and use of land across the city. The ministerial regulation authorizing this plan expired on the 7 July , and the Minister then issued the revised plan as prepared by the City.
